We deliver to all regions across Tanzania, including:

  • Dar es Salaam
  • Arusha
  • Dodoma
  • Mwanza
  • Mbeya
  • Tanga
  • Morogoro
  • Zanzibar
  • And all other regions in Tanzania

Shipping Methods

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within major cities and 7-14 business days for other regions.

Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available for major cities and typically takes 1-3 business days.

Cost: Additional fees apply. Available at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount. Check our current promotions for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your doorstep.

If you have an account, you can also track your orders directly from your order history page.

Delivery Instructions

Please ensure someone is available to receive your package at the delivery address during business hours.

If no one is available, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you using the phone number provided. Multiple delivery attempts may incur additional charges.

For security reasons, we cannot leave packages unattended. If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them in the order notes during checkout.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Tanzania. We are working on expanding our shipping services to other countries. Please check back later or contact us for updates.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@makini.africa or through our contact page.

We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it, including replacement or refund as appropriate.
